Manifestation begins with focusing your intentions. Then speaking those intentions out loud. Don’t get caught up in your thoughts. While they are important, thoughts do not activate until energy is applied.


Many advise against sharing plans and goals until they are fully realized. However, discussion creates a physical space in reality for your manifestation to exist.

Speech is the most valuable evolutionary skill that humans have developed.

Do not be scared to vocalize your ideas

But be mindful to speak with positivity.

Negative manifestations have a space in reality as well, and they may not always affect you directly. This is why intentions are important.


When laying down at night, focus the mind on all negative thoughts, ideas, or memories. When drifting off into sleep, reimagine that darkness with light at the end of the tunnel. Dreaming is significant to clearing your subconscious and opening mental pathways for purpose and clarity. When waking up in the morning, the first vocalization should be a positive intention enforced by purposeful energy.


Manifestation is attraction in multitudes.
